However you like to communicate, the first step is to set up a meeting to get to know each other and determine if I am the right counsel for your issue.

Due to the necessity of that meeting, I do not charge for initial consultations, but I also don’t provide legal advice to people who aren’t yet clients. If you’re getting in touch with me for the first time, please don’t send me detailed information about your case. Remember that until we have a signed engagement agreement, I am not your attorney.

My office is in the Corporate Square office park (the white brick buildings about 1/2 of a mile north of the courthouse) above Zeliff|Watson. The entrance is on the left side of the building. As my office is upstairs, if for whatever reason you need to meet me on the first floor, please let me know when making your appointment so we can arrange to meet in the first floor conference room. While my office is not accessible, know that my services are accessible to everyone, regardless of physical ability.
